☝ The borderlines of mechatronics theory and practice are adjusted to the subject of the class and to the participants!
❓ We often get questions about what is done in mechatronics classes and where is the border between theory and practice? Ivan Kalicanin answers these questions:
After the exercises, which included the identification and drawing of various screws, the disassembly of various assemblies and the making of assembly drawings, the participants began serious teamwork, with a standard good atmosphere!
They were divided into three groups, each of which received its own conveyor belt on which it was necessary to perform a preventive maintenance simulation. After disassembling and recording the standard and general machine parts of the system, the groups were also engaged in making the assembly drawing of the shaft housing, then the conveyor belt shaft, as well as drawing the block diagram of their machine system.
After checking the condition and maintenance of all parts, the groups began to reassemble and put the system into operation. And we adapt the boundaries of theory and practice to the subject of the class and the participants, because this is the best way to learn mechatronics 🙌
