How do sensors control systems in mechatronics?
Sensors and feedback control systems are critical components of mechatronics. Sensors are used to measure physical variables such as temperature, pressure, speed, position and send that information to the control system. The control system, in turn, analyses the data and makes decisions based on the received information. Feedback control systems then use these variables to regulate the behaviour of the mechatronic system, ensuring that it operates within the desired parameters. In this way, the complete management system works in the so-called "feedback". This closed-loop process of continuous measurement, analysis and control enables mechatronics to improve system performance, stability and reliability.
In Klett EDU center, we try to convey to the participants experiences from production facilities about the method and application of different types of sensors through practical examples.
