The DPAC Day! One of the most exciting days for participants and lecturers @ Klett EDU training center!

Develop > Prepare > Assembly > Connect multiplied with positive energy and high level focus means that graduation projects defense prepartion is in the final stage in our Klett EDU training center. Žaklina, Jovan, Petar, Novak Nikola, Nenad, Oliver, Dejan, Nikola and Dragan are the Generation 22/23 of Industrial Mechatronics Specialist program. 

 Their full focus encompasses following tasks for the actual project defense presentation:

• Development of the technical solution for a new industrial mechatronic system.

• Preparation of technical documentation (mechanical component drawings, pneumatic and electrical diagrams) for the industrial mechatronic system, as well as programming the control system.

• Assembly and connection of components for the industrial mechatronic system, along with testing and commissioning.

Sounds a lot? Yes it is, but they are well equipped with knowledge and skills during past 8 months off continuous training and practice. We are certainly proud of their accomplishments and we are sure that @Toyo Tires, @Grindfos and @Atlantic Group also are - otherwise they would not invest in them. Bottom line confirmed numerous times, is that investing in employees' development isn't just a policy, it's a clear sign of the most forward-thinking organizations. 

Personal growth is also recognized by our individual students, self-funded, which enrolled in the program right after high school are already actively contributing to our clients' companies. Also the number of these students is increasing in enrollments for new IMS groups. Frankly, great sign for us and our clients!
