"I don't like monotonous things!"

Jovan Vukojevic is one of the Klett EDU participants who, thanks to his excellent results, our recommendation and the trust of the Brose company, had the opportunity to get a job and continue attending the IMS - Industrial Mechatronics Specialist program in parallel.

We talked about his impressions at the beginning, currently and further plans: It all started with the fact that, although I was finishing the course Mechatronics Technician, I was not a fan of mechanics or electronics. One day at our school, we listened to the presentation of the Klett EDU IMS mechatronics program, which immediately interested me because some problems or tasks are constantly being solved, and I very quickly made the decision with my parents to enroll in the program in October last year. Today, I am halfway through the program and I am already employed as a setter in the production of the large company Brose Group Serbia, while simultaneously finishing the program. The job is responsible because I am actually at the very beginning of the production process. In the beginning, I made mistakes, but thanks to my mentor Miloš, I quickly got into the habit and started to manage well. He wants to explain everything to me, and each machine is specific in its own way. I like that I have to constantly think, that it is not monotonous, that there is always some problem that I need to solve. I am aware of how much the support I receive at the Brose Group means to me even though I am almost employed. I have all the words of praise for Klett EDU, because the lecturers are really dedicated and the program that allows me to reach the 5th degree is excellent and over time I fell in love with everything. There is always something to do while learning. Everything is great for me and I apply what we learned and practiced in the training center to a large extent every day at work.

Jovan is just one of our individual students who used all the advantages in the right way for personal development and at the same time to start a career in a great company. .
