We started from scratch!

Miloš Radivojević and Mihajlo Bajčić are in the final phase of the Industrial Mechatronic Specialist (IMS) program. They are still separated by the defense of the project until the 5th degree qualification. Their story is special because, as they say, they started from scratch, and now they work in a prestigious company. They believe that their story can inspire and support other young people to solve an important life issue very quickly and successfully. We asked them about their impressions and further expectations:

Even when we were students in the final year of the secondary mechanical and electrical engineering school from Smederevska Palanka, we started researching on the Internet the possibilities for further education as a mechatronics technician. We decided on the Klett EDU IMS program because it is really the best, and in order to get it, we obtained the 5th degree, which is important for us to further progress in our work.

Our impressions of the training center and the program are excellent because we learned a lot about electrical schematics, PLC programming, frequency regulators, AC motors and much more. We can apply what we have learned everywhere because we know the elements and can read diagrams. Nenad Seljista is our favorite lecturer because he communicated with us through a friendly approach, although he is not very lenient when he gives us assignments.

When we were nearing the end of the program, we started to inquire about the possibility of employment in one of the partner companies of the Klett EDU training center. They recommended us to Toyo Tire Serbia d.o.o. We passed the interviews and got the job of Maintenance Technician, which is why we decided to move to Inđija. Our colleagues accepted us very well, they are all open and want to show us everything we need to be more efficient in our work. A large number of Klett EDU IMS and OMS program participants work at Toyo Tires. Everything is automated so that without knowledge of mechatronics it is simply not possible. Toyo Tire Serbia d.o.o. is a modern, modern company, one of the best and yet to be a leader.
